Both Sandy (to quote) and Jordan (for installation) arrived when they said they would. Both were friendly. Jordan covered the worktops and floor to protect them and took his boots off when walking on our cream carpets. The boiler installation was completed in one day and all radiators were checked to ensure they were working properly. There was also a quick tutorial on setting up the Hive app and operating/programming the boiler. There was a problem with a small leak the next day from old existinging pipework. Jordan attended promptly and solved the problem installing a new heating pump and pipework at no additional cost - excellent customer service!
We are so happy with the service we received. The new boiler is absolutely fantastic and our fitter was incredibly professional, polite and an extremely hard worker. (He was also great with our wee nervous rescue dog - which I know is not part of the service but actually really helped 😀) The work itself was as described in our initial meetings, took the amount of time they suggested and all for a really great price too.
From start to finish we found dealing with Sandy the owner of the company giving us the quote for the boiler to the two technicians Graham and Jordan who installed the boiler,from the putting down dustsheets to cleaning up every thing on the way out, Jordan came back the second day to carry out all the technical checks and tell us how to operate system.
